DO YOU OFFER TRIAL MEMBERSHIPS?

Yes, we do offer a trial membership! We understand the importance of trying before committing, which is why we provide a 1-hour trial session to explore our simulator. During this time, you can experience firsthand the benefits and features our platform offers. The cost for this trial session is $30 for the hour. It's a great opportunity to see if our services align with your needs and expectations.

SHOULD I BRING MY OWN CLUB?

Yes! Please note that Shoong Golf requires players to bring their own clubs, as we do not offer club rentals.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED FOR ONLINE RESERVATIONS?

Following your online reservation, payment can be finalized upon your arrival at Shoong Golf Location. Choose your preferred payment method for a seamless transaction experience.

CAN I CANCEL MY ONLINE RESERVATION?

YES! You have the flexibility to cancel your reservation up to 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. To avoid the no-show fee, please ensure timely cancellation.

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER?

Sign Up Online: You're welcome to initiate your membership by signing up on our website. This allows you to make reservations immediately as a future member.
Visit Our Studio: To complete your membership process, we kindly ask you to visit our studio in person. Our address is 615 W. La Habra Blvd., La Habra, CA 90631. This step ensures we meet our members and provide a personalized experience from the start.
Enjoy Member Benefits: As a Shoong Golf member, you will enjoy exclusive benefits tailored to enhance your golfing experience.

Non-Members: Not ready to become a member? No problem! You are welcome to make reservations as a non-member. Payments for non-member bookings are processed at our Shoong Golf location.
